1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received a wrong product that does not match your order.
Conditions for Refund:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- You must provide photo or video proof of the damaged/incorrect item.
Refund Process:
- Once your request is verified, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
3. Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
- If you wish to get another item, kindly return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized, personalized, or altered products.
- Minor color variation or slight craftsmanship differences (as these are the nature of handmade products).
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost
- In other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
